Please note: this kit requires drilling four (4) 3/16" holes through metal sink in order to connect to the frame (drill bit not included; but 4 mounting bolts are, as well as detailed instructions where to mark for holes before drilling it's easy to do:)
Constructed of durable, light-weight anodized 20 series (20mm x 20mm) aluminum extrusion 'T-slot' (*assembly required just tightening hex bolts it's easy)

Pre-drilled bottom 1/4" mounting hole for proper installation to bolt kit to vehicle body for safety (mounting bolt/nut not included because length needed varies depending on your vehicle)
Dimensions = 15" W x 15" deep x ~32" tall (*custom heights may be available please contact us)
Weight just the 2020 frame completely assembled = approx. 8 lbs.

This sink kit fits a 15x15" bar sink (*sink sold separately; CVK.com recommends the Houzer 1515- 6BS-1 pictured; and one of the 2 faucet holes can be plugged with a standard 1.5" plug if buyer decides to use a single lever faucet; CVK.com not responsible for fitment issues if buyer selects a different sink)

We recommend using either the 5 gallon 'Scepter' or USGI both will fit (water jug(s) not included)

A suggested configuration is to use two jugs one for fresh water and one for grey water after cleaning in sink (or clean water from a larger holding tank if you so choose and both jugs for grey water alternating?)
Banjo Camlock disconnects and adapter can make connecting fast and easy, and pressure tight hose from your local hardware store and poly irrigation barb with either a 12v pump or foot pump to pump clean water into the sink (here's a video how camlocks work) then swap connector to drain grey water into 2nd jug

Or least expensive just flex tube (will only work for gravity drain not pressurized pump clean water to sink)

Optional to install sound dampening rubber between kit and floor if you're concerned about scratching your floor

Buyers can measure and purchase either ABS panels or particle board locally (too cost prohibitive to ship costs more than the material itself in some cases) or hang cloth to cover sides if you prefer
